These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and jawara88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jawara88.cam.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active jawara88 account at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

jawara88 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrency equivalents. The following payment methods are supported:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect — credited within 5 to 15 minutes via FPX;

jawara88 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, over which jawara88 has no control.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be declined and refunded, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC identity verification. jawara88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, payment method verification) before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts or wallets registered in the Member's own name. jawara88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is accepted.

Bonus Abuse

jawara88 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, matched betting using bonuses, exploitation of software errors, collusion, and any other conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, jawara88 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close the Member's account;

• Share relevant information with other operators where coordinated abuse is detected.

Promotion Validity

All promotions have specified start and end dates, maximum bonus amounts, and eligibility criteria. jawara88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not disadvantage Members who have already accepted and met the conditions of a current offer.

All games offered on the jawara88 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live-streamed dealer interactions supplied by licensed third-party game studios. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently audited on a periodic basis.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published on jawara88 reflect independently verified theoretical averages over a statistically significant number of rounds. Individual session results may differ materially from the stated RTP. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

jawara88 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the operator. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wagered real money returned to the Member's account. Bonus credits used in a voided round will be returned as bonus balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jawara88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software;

jawara88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all members. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools, accessible to all registered members at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses from unauthorised access;
• Any reliance placed on information, statistics, odds, or promotional materials published on the Platform;
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to your failure to complete KYC verification or provide required documentation.

jawara88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jawara88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity detected on or connected to the account;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Member's bank or payment provider;
• A regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to the Member;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or proceeds of crime.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balances not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jawara88 support. Voluntary closures for responsible gambling reasons will be processed within 24 hours of request receipt.

jawara88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via:

Amendments take effect at the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the jawara88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in force at the time the relevant events giving rise to the dispute occurred.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the jawara88 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jawara88 operates under the jurisdiction of its licensing authority, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and jawara88, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The Member must first contact jawara88 support and attempt to resolve the matter directly. Most disputes are resolved at this stage;
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution fails, the Member may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. jawara88 will respond within 10 business days;
3. Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the Member may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by jawara88's licensing authority.

jawara88 does not engage in class action proceedings. All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
